Notice of Public Comment & Public Hearing – 5 Year Plan
The Village of Catskill Housing Authority has developed its Five Year Plan for Fiscal Years beginning January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029, in compliance with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Quality Housing and Work responsibility Act of 1998. The 2025-2029 Five Year Plan is available at the Authority’s main office located at 32 Bronson Street, Catskill, N.Y. 12414 or on the Catskill Housing Authority’s website https://catskillhousingauthority.com. The Authority’s hours of operation are Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
In addition, a statutory 45-day public comment period will begin Friday August 9, 2024. A public hearing will be held on September 25, 2024 at 5:00pm in the Catskill Housing Authority Community Room.
The comment period for the 2025-2029 Five Year Plan begins on Friday August 9, 2024, and ends on Monday September 23, 2024. The documents are available for review at the Authority’s administrative office located at 32 Bronson Street, Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM and on the Catskill Housing Authority’s website https://catskillhousingauthority.com. Comments can be mailed to the attention of Timothy Mattice, Executive Director, Village of Catskill Housing Authority, 32 Bronson Street, Catskill, NY 12414 or through the Catskill Housing Authority website under 5-Year Plan.
A Public hearing on the above matter is scheduled for September 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the Catskill Housing Authority Community Room at 32 Bronson Street, Catskill, NY 12414. It is your privilege to submit written comments on the above item(s) or to attend the public hearing to express your views, or both. Any written comments to be reported at the public hearing should be received in the Authority’s administrative office no later than 3:00pm September 23, 2024.
